The engine-driven welder TS 2x400 PS BC allows the operators to work with two welding positions, each independent, with a current of 2X400A.
This professional machine has electronic control of the welding current capable of delivering up to 2x360A with a duty cycle of 60%.
Equipped with a Perkins water cooled diesel engine 1100 series and an asynchronous alternator and thanks to the lower engine speed (1500 rpm) it is suitable for continuous operation in all conditions and can be used simultaneously as a welder and as a three-phase and single-phase electrical generator up to 40 kVA.
The TS 2x400 PS-BC is designed to satisfy the requirements of professional welding with direct current and can weld any kind of electrode (rutile, basic, cellulose) up to 8 mm in diameter. The characteristic BC (base current) is particularly suitable for vertical down pipe welding.
It is a super-silenced engine-driven welder with compact fairing. It can function simultaneously as a welder and as a three-phase and single-phase electrical generator.
Suitable for a wide range of applications, including large metal fabrications oil pipelines and construction sites.
